My love for the cuisine of my ancestors started in my youth. As a child, I was constantly in the kitchen (Lome Togo), assisting my mother in this noble task. Although I always carry my roots and traditions with me, life has brought me to Flanders, especially GHENT.

Passion for Health and Authentic African Dishes

In addition to my passion for cooking, I am trained as a doctor, always concerned about the well-being and health of humanity. From my research, I have noticed that many people struggle with daily tasks and no longer take the time to cook properly or eat healthily, often with disastrous consequences.

 

Although my medical degree is not valid here and I had to work in a factory against all odds, my inner calling remained undiminished. Driven by my passion and determination, I finally decided to create 100% authentic and delicious African dishes. My goal is to prepare homemade, sacred and tasty dishes with love and finesse, with special attention to your health.
